Every property has different access, ground conditions and wastewater requirements. We agree the installation scope around those details, with the system and discharge route considered together.

Site assessment
Discuss property use, existing drainage, access and ground conditions. Identify any information or testing needed.

System & scope
Consider the system size and discharge route. Agree the work, relevant approvals and what the quotation includes.

Excavation
Plan site access and prepare the tank excavation and pipe trenches around the agreed layout.

Tank installation
Position and install the selected tank or treatment plant in accordance with its manufacturer’s requirements.

Drainage & connections
Complete the agreed pipework and drainage arrangements, and coordinate any required electrical connection.

Commissioning & reinstatement
Commission the system, explain its care requirements and complete the agreed reinstatement.
Preparing for your installation
- Let us know about restricted access or shared driveways
- Share available drainage drawings and information about underground services
- Discuss the working area, spoil handling and reinstatement expectations
- Agree any temporary arrangements and the planned programme before work starts
Approvals and ongoing care
Any required Building Regulations, planning or Environment Agency approvals must be established before installation. After handover, the operator remains responsible for using and maintaining the system appropriately.

How long does installation take?
The programme depends on access, the system, excavation and drainage scope. We discuss the proposed duration before work begins.
Do you include reinstatement?
Reinstatement is discussed as part of the quotation so you know what finish is included.
Will there be disruption?
Excavation and connections can affect access and use of the site. We discuss the working area and temporary arrangements with you in advance.
